The Illinois Supreme Court declined a request to find defamed Gov. Rod Blagojevich unfit for office. The governor has been accused, among other charges, of attempting to sell Barack Obama's vacant Senate seat. "Without any comment, the state Supreme Court simply refuses" to hear the case for impeachment, reports CNN's The Situation Room, "and the state attorney general says she's disappointed."
