  • 5.17 percent: Portion of mortgages considered delinquent in the third quarter of 2008
  • 2.95 percent: Portion of mortgages considered delinquent in the third quarter of 2007
  • 1.35 million: Number of homes in foreclosure in the third quarter of 2008
