Chaves is NARCOTERRORISM, genocidal murderer, selfish, criminal, thief, usurper of the presidency, liar and dictator february 4 1992

The supposed laptop files must be corroborated by other evidence if Chavez is to be indicted as a collaborator with the FARC. I understand that the laptop "files" could have been manufactured by those wanting to discredit Chavez. It doesn't make sense that there would be clear links from a terrorist organization to Chavez, so it makes more sense that the files evidence is simply a false evidence operation to discredit him.

americans seem to suffer from stockholm syndrome. they're unable to notice what america has done in south america since monroe, they wake up and see retaliation/self defense in a vacuum and think that the south americans have no rights to do in their own back yard what america has been doing to them in their own back yard.

farc is not the most notorious terrorist group in south america. The cia is.

nobody is more sure of his position than a moron.

In todays world one only has to take a short glance at the Colombian Government to realize that it is corrupt. Uribe has a problem with letting go of his power, when it was Musharaff the world recognized it for what it was immediately. The term 'money hole' comes to mind. We've been there since Pablo, one mistake after another. The money goes and do we get what we pay for. The simple answer is no. We can point fingers and put the blame on many things, even Hugo. In truth however they will do anything to stop the truth from getting out. It's Judicial Branch can't do it's job, if it were America every democrat in the crowd would be outraged. If we keep investing in corruption it will bite us.

I feel pity for the Colombian people who have had to put up with American arrogance and America turning it's head to the thousands of missing bodies from 40+ years of war. The burden is borne by both side in that country. We just pay for it.

What has Chavez done for his people ?? well, for starters.. a national health service(thats free to you)free education to everyone..wiped out malnutrition which was prevalent for decades with the US backed govt..inflations down to its lowest in 20 yrs to 4.5%..and i could go on all day..also what kind of Govt can spend 450 Billion dollars on a illegal war in Iraq and still have New Orleans sit in ruin 3yrs after the hurricane hit...open your eyes you cretin

For how long one can cover up the FACT that the US govt paid $20m as ransom for the hostages. The alleged material recovered from the "laptops" were emails and nowhere in those emails is there any mention of 300 million dollars. Instead the conversation in the emails is about 300 (hostages), because that's what the negotiations were basically for. To release 300 hostages out of some 700 hundered total. Media can tell a lie, because they can. But can not hide the facts for very long.

Shame on your journal and journalism.

THERE ARE TWO KIND OF PEOPLE: MORONS (CHAVEZ-FARC'S SUPPORTERS) AND PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE GOOD GOVERMENT (USA AND COLOMBIA). How could it possible that some people support a government that buys US$5b in weapons instead of using this money to improve the life of its own people? Inflation is soaring in Venezuela and freedom of speech is becoming ever more restricted. What Chavez has done to help Venezuelans?

I feel pity for Venezuelan people!
