Public Opinion: What Should Hillary Clinton Do Next?

June 6, 2008 RSS Feed Print

And for Hillary Clinton's next trick...She has disavowed a push to make her Barak Obama's running mate, but hasn't ruled out joining the ticket. Should she angle for the No. 2 spot? Make a bid for Senate majority leader? Follow the Ted Kennedy model of long-serving, skilled legislator? Run for governor of New York? Fade quietly from the political scene? Go in an entirely different direction? What should Hillary do next? Post your thoughts below.

I feel Hillary should heal the wounds she created with the very people that use to love her so much. It's not about you Hillary it's about whats best for America.

Get over it and start helping a Democrat win the White House.

The very Idea to be thinking of VP should be the last thing on your mind. Get some R&R and then start campaigning for Obama. The divide has to be closed and unity must prevail.

You have shown us what you've got, now put it to work for a win in November.

The way I see it Are we ready for a women president ?Are we ready Obama?

I do not think so,, but will McCain be able to handel it? We are in a desision of a life time as "Baby Boomers" go. Who the hell is Obama? Where did he come from?

At least we know where Senator Clinton came from. Voting ???? Are you serious? Of course not I do have more to say but why waist my time My comments are moderated AND generaly may or not be posted. I am a citizen of the United States, born and raised. Why I shouldn't be heard is beyone me! My feelings and statements are not racicest, but reality about reality.. WE are not ready for a person of color to run this country, escpecially one that has NO background to run our country. A women? Well she does have a background, as does Mclaine

You know as well as I do why it stands as it does.

NOW please send a responce. As an American born US citizen

right now it's my choice of a women or a man of color. Now is not the time for either, but someone of some experience it is. Color is predominent no matter what race in the United States now, please lets try to keep our President one of an American Name. and of one that has some what of an idea of what is gointg on, certainly I agree we should work to be one, but right now is not the time. To reccognize "I have a dream" is not what was meant, in my opinion.

We are not ready for oeither a woman or a person of color as our leader. In a few years YES, but not now.! There is a war going on. Devestation of countries by earthquakes, floods and war. I am only stating my thoughts and hopefully someone will read or here and evaluate.Only my thoughts Thank y

And you didn't mention Obama's overstuffed luggage.

Michelle's shame of America.

Jeremiah's belittling of America. Having been a Marine doesn't give him carte blanche.

Bill Ayers who suffered no punishment for doing what Timothy McVeigh did.

Tony Rezko who found money for Obama's campaign.

A Catholic priest who was Obama's friend for 20 years and, for some reason, thought Obama would approve of his being a clown and a court jester for the Obama's church.

And then Bitter Gate. What was that?
