All nuclear bombs and weapons do is kill. you say to that statement, "DUH". why should we want to kill? if they dont kill they cause harm. mutations, birth defects, deseases such as cancers. i think that nuclear weapons are NEVER the answer. why create more for the U.S to take care of?! We are a nation that prides its self in being a helpful and caring nation, then why add to the destruction? they may be threateing us, but why threaten back? its just like a highschool fight between a couple of girls, they threaten, we threaten, it goes on until something big happens that causes harm to BOTH nations! i don't understandwht we need the nuclear weapons anyway, haven't we seen the kind of destruction they have done to japan? it's terrible! sure they bombed us first, but why did we have to come back with that kind of an extreme? nuclear weaponry is rediculous, we should be focusing nuclear science on energy matters.

If u really want to understand the truth behind the threats, read the bible its all there. Stating of rumors of war, nation against nation n kingdom against kingdom, people, we are living in the last days, open up your eyes. Do your self a favor and read the bible and there u will realize that every proficies that been said for are time are beeing full fill. Coreinsadence, i say not, warnings more likely. I understand that South Korea has plenty of cars and nowhere to park them.
I think we should accomodate them with a freshly leveled parking lot (free), maybe all of North Korea would be a good start and would save on a lot of double parking issues.

Threats?? I find it hard to believe that a country that wishes to destroy another country would actually give them the exact date they plan on following through with their threat. Sounds like a distraction to me. People are waiting for this to happen on July 4, and that's exactly what the enemy wants us to do. Sneak attack is usually what terrorists and enemy countries practice don't they? So if they truly are stupid enough to go through with this I sincerely hope that the united states is smart enough to nip this in the butt before the enemy even has a chance to cause any harm and/or destruction to our wonderful country!!!

This reminds of the UFC all of the comptitors claim to have belts and ranks but its all talk they reall have absolutely no skill. Who ever attacks the most visciously first usually wins with absolutley no skill involved.
here, the everyone is talking and North Korea is moving first. If we sit and wait we will wake up on fire. Our president and congress needs to step up and make a informed decision. Yes the entire government since the president does not make all of the decisions. Noone jumps when he says so.
Hawaii is in grave danger since it is Not the first time they have been attacked full on. IT seems that North Korea see this state as a place to make a statement.
We need to make a definite statement that says that we will not be threatened by ANY terroist Even North Korea. If we can not have their respect we will have to settle for their fear.

Well, here we go again...lots of rhetoric about stopping vessels and more sanctions (like they do a lot of good).
Here's the test, we have a ship in our sites, with suspected nuclear contents, and is the UN or the US acting as they threatened they would? No, we're just watching...we'll probably keep watching it pull into to a Chinese port, and then well of course we can't board it, it's not in international waters anymore.
We don't need a statesman in office during these times, we need battle tested leaders that aren't afraid to back up their words with action.
This US and UN inaction is what the world's tyrants count on.

the scary thing about an attack on the u.s. is that, despite the size of our country, it would only take 2 “surprise” attacks from any average size atomic missiles to severely cripple our country . ny and dc. you guys have to think logically and realize the seriousness of nuclear warfare.we’re not immune to thoset attacks.
