Did the United States have to go through the United Nation for the inbargo of Cuba?

Before Castro's genuine "people's revolution," the Mafia owned most of the casinos, hotels, brothels, and other vice centers. The Catholic church "forgave" most of the Mafiosi who were Catholics & gladly took their tithes. There were Jewish leaders of organized crime there, and other faiths, so it was an interfaith crime dictatorship. Foreign investors ran corporations that exploited labor. It is international law not to interfere in the domestic affairs of sovereign states. But the CIA tried many times to kill Castro. Ike and the CIA began the Bay of Pigs illegal invasion and JFK inherited it. He refused to use US military forces to aid the invaders and it failed. RFK monitored the "ransome" of jailed invaders, many millions in drugs and medical supplies. We have paid too much for sugar because religionists in Congress keep the embargo going. Taxes pay Radio Marti to broadcast Christian Mass to Cuba. What do WASP churches think about that? When people say they aim to bring "democracy" to another nation, they mean to establish capitalism, so foreign investors can come in n and profit from owning natural resources and control the labor pool.

The problem with you guys is you follow all the blah blah you've been reading, looking at and listening to about Cuba all of your life, as a result of a bunch of hard liners Cuban's captive policy of yours.
I propose this:
_let's make a world commission of politics, jurists, legislatives, science people from everywhere and take them down to an election day in Cuba and promise the results will be valid once for all.
_That day would there be a referendum about Castro staying in power and lifting the embargo.
_have that same commission evaluate how well informed about America the Cuban People is compared to the other way around.
_there will be a thorough study of which part has been more unwilling to change along those 50 years: either USA or Cuba
_Bring all the claims of assassination, torture and dissapearances to this panel of impartial persons and and let them analyze the discharges of Cuba.
_let the Cubans state all the claims as to Miami terrorism in Cuba and around the world and evaluate the Miami terrorists responses.
_don't pay any special attention to the so-called dissidents in Cuba. I mean why does an infinitessimal part of the country have to be considered an important opinion?
-before all of the above, stop paying this guys any money from our tax payers, please.....
