The London summit is not expected to do much to accelerate the Doha round of world trade liberalization talks, which were stalled even before the recession. Says Kati Suominen, an analyst with the German Marshall Fund in Washington, "There doesn't seem to be much of a solid commitment to complete Doha anytime soon."
