Don't think that birth control and nations or peoples that don't participate are the problem. We all need to go back to family values and read up on history and it's best books. One I know of would help, if all people would follow it's basic value system. We are "these people", truth be told.

These people need to be taught and practice birth control. If they don't want to do this there is no way to help them. You can only help those who help themselves. Too many people is the worst enemy of the earth and are doing the most damage.

FOOD SHORTAGES AND RISING FOOD COSTS COME UP.

Americans and most Western nations spend around 10% of their income on food. The rest of the world spends on average more than 65% of their income on food. Without an increase in income but in burden, this places much of the world's population at risk for malnutrition and possibly death.

Just a reminder... The United States grows its own rice and exports more than 50% of it. So, go to Costco or the supermarket and load up on 50 lbs bags of rice if you so prefer, but I guarantee you the rats will eat it before you get to do so. By the way, not to change the subject, but I must whisper this: I heard there is a potato shortage in Idaho. Hurry now, and get some of them spuds before they are all gone! After all, the shelf life of spuds are shorter than on rice. Footnote: Think of it.. ..McDonalds will have no french fries and there will be no mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving. What a disaster! Better get an additional couple of bags of rice to tide you over. I saw some UFO's in the sky last night, with bags and bags of stolen rice and spuds in their cargo. What has it all come to???! Are the Russians coming yet?
