DNC Has Fun With Glenn Beck in New "Dancing with the Czars" Video

Fox commentator Glenn Beck has spent a lot of time criticizing President Obama's czars, especially his green jobs guru Van Jones, who resigned earlier this month. But now it's the Democratic National Committee's turn to have a chuckle at Beck's expense. In a video aimed at shining a light on the policy czars President Bush had, the DNC uses Beck's image to highlight 47 Bush czars, including Karl Rove and Karen Hughes.

Here's the DNC release and YouTube video:

Washington, D.C.—The DNC, today, released a new web video calling out Republican hypocrisy in attacking the use of policy czars in the Obama administration by highlighting the 47 czars that served in the Bush administration. The video, called "Dancing with the Czars," uses footage of Fox News' Glenn Beck sarcastically reciting a list of Obama administration "czars" while displaying images of Bush administration officials who filled many of the same roles Beck mocks. See below for a statement from DNC Press Secretary Hari Sevugan on the Republican attacks:

"With apologies to Tom DeLay, and despite the railing you're hearing from the Republican cloakroom and Fox News, the GOP has been 'dancing with czars' for a very long time. The unmitigated hypocrisy of these attacks not only speaks to the credibility of this manufactured controversy, but to the inability of the Republican party to say no to the marching orders doled out by Glenn Beck and the far right's noise machine."

I know of the Copyright Czar which Bush opposed the creation of. Some of "czars" are informal names for various department heads

Also there is a difference between a true Czar and a department head who gets a butchered Russian title, a Czar talks directly to the president but has little power within the government itself, a dep. head is the governement.

Although Bush had 47 "czars", Obama has 31 ACTIVE "czars", more than Imperial Russia ever had and many are without senate confirmation.

The Goverment is for the people and by the people if we do not have any account of what the executive is doing how can there be a balance of power. The Fact is this guy Glen Beck has pointed out the whole charade of this White house. The Shadow Govt is the real power the cabinet is a farse plain and simple let me ask a?
