I would like to have a refund, as I found the shoes to be uncomfortable, as well as hurting my back. I never had back trouble untill I started wearing shap-ups. I bought two pairs from

Elderbeerman. I called and they said that I would have to contact the company.

Why do you let this come on the market, If there so bad for you? I've been wearing them for more then fur years. I believed the hype. of toning. since I like to walk. that's why my back is all discombobulated.
