How can Obama sign a pact pledging assistance to any foreign land through 2024 when we have a massive debt?

That would be like going to a car dealer pledging to buy a Mercedes valued at $60,000 over the next 5 years even though you are in debt 1 million and have no credit.

Until we get our financial house in order in the U.S. we need to make it clear that the U.S. comes first. We have no more business in Afghanistan. Bin Laden is dead "Get the heck out of there"

Obama in Afghanistan to sign deal with Afghanistan to them on the United States Welfare program at the rate of $ 2.2 billion dollars per year for the next ten Years.

THANKS OBAMA FOR THE ADDED DEBT.

REMEMBER THAT AMOUNT WILL NOT FIX AFGHANISTAN OR 1O X THAT.

THROW GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD.

AFGHANISTAN IS A TRIBAL COUNTRY WITH BRIBES AS MUCH OF THEIR CULTURE AS THEIR POPPIES.
