Is GSA and secret services banging whores isolated incidents or grim foreboding of moral decay pervasive in all government agencies like a maglignant cancer that has metastasized widely but remain undetected yet.

American cannot feel safe to hand their hard earned tax dollars knowing they could be funding government officials' lavish junkets and debauchery e.g. Jeff Neely hot tubbing with his wife in a luxury suite on tax payer's dollars.

Can Washington still have the moral authority to ask for more tax hikes?
