OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Oklahoma City police are reviewing the conduct of an officer after an incident in which a handcuffed man was apparently dragged face-down across the floor at Will Rogers World Airport.

Video from the Feb. 20 incident appears to show a uniformed officer shoving a man who was shouting at him. The footage shows officers telling the man to get on his stomach and put his hands behind his back before a struggle ensued and the handcuffed man was dragged across the floor.

According to The Oklahoman (http://bit.ly/GKHJjP), 53-year-old James Heidebrecht screamed that he was waiting to see presidential candidate Newt Gingrich and had documents for him.

Heidebrecht was taken to the Oklahoma County Jail but was released the next day. Disorderly conduct and other complaints filed against him were dropped.
