I just about spit out my the water I was drinking while reading the comments from Lindilu about how Fox networks are the only networks telling the truth. That right-wing network has been hate-mongering all over the place since President Obama has come on the scene! Talk about crap! That network and the people who watch and believe it scares the bejesus out of me. If they have their way, our next President will be Sarah Palin! OMG...what a frightening thought.
The word Propaganda that the writer used to describe NBC, CBS and ABC would have Fox News next to the meaning in the dictionary! So much misinformation comes through that network that they should be banned from the airwaves permanently! Thank goodness a good education saves me from buying in to that BS.

Obama has made sure that he controls the oversight, the Chicago way. Read the stimulus bill, America! It's amazing what's in there... It just takes gifts or donations to the Panel so they can decide who to investigate and who to ignore.

TITLE XV--ACCOUNTABILITY AND TRANSPARENCY
Subtitle C --Recovery Independent Advisory Panel (5 members, appointed by the President)
SEC. 1542. DUTIES OF THE PANEL.
The Panel shall make recommendations to the Board on actions the Board could take to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse relating to covered funds.
SEC. 1543. POWERS OF THE PANEL.
(a) Hearings- The Panel may hold such hearings, sit and act at such times and places, take such testimony, and receive such evidence as the Panel considers advisable to carry out this subtitle.
(b) Information From Federal Agencies- The Panel may secure directly from any agency such information as the Panel considers necessary to carry out this subtitle. Upon request of the Chairperson of the Panel, the head of such agency shall furnish such information to the Panel.
(c) Postal Services- The Panel may use the United States mails in the same manner and under the same conditions as agencies of the Federal Government.

What can I do now, as a concerned U.S. citizen and voter?
1)Write, email or call your elected officials of Washington and tell them your complaints. Don't remember who your state elected Washington officials are? No problem, search the internet for your state or Washington D.C. elected officials:)
2)Vote on a more conservative ticket the next time, 2010 and 2012 elections.
Huckabee, McCain, and Ron Paul will be in the next presidential running of 2012, as well as others. These next presidential canadates have a website telling what they are about and what they stand for, and Huckabee has show on Fox News Network, usually on Saturday evening.
3)Voice your opinions on Fox News Network's variety of talk shows, about our nation's problem with its current government and it officials.
4)Stop watching the secular news media of NBC, ABC and CBS. Obama uses these stations to feed the American public his speeches of lies and propaganda. Watch Fox Channels for the truth. By doing so will reduce the secular news media's ratings, thus sending a message, that we're not listening to them or Obama's crap anymore:)

Spending Trillions without Waste should've been the topic. It is my belief that Obama has a plan and its not good. Spending massive amounts of money, sending the value of our dollar, plummeting is only the pre-curser to the destruction of the captialistic economy. Once the destruction of our current economy has occured, then Obama can install the socialistic government, with communist policies and laws.
He wowed the people with his speeched to get their votes, just like Hitler. Obama is ruining our dollar and our capitalistic way of life, as planned, just like Hitler did to Germany's money. Obama is going to nationalize our public schools and healthcare as well. Teaching and recruiting our public school children to feed their minds his propaganda, to fit into Obama's plan of, power over a nation's government and her people, just like Hitler.
Nationalized healthcare system will promote further annilation of our unborn, mandating that our hospitals allow abortions, even if its against hospital's policy or a doctor's moral or religious beliefs. Opening up the hospitals for a free-for-all for all medical experiments and procedures will also include the extermination of the disabled and elderly, ya know, the ones who no longer contribute to society and are deemed a liability, rather than an asset? And who would be the wiser about the extermination of the unborn, disabled and elderly in our hospitals? Procedures occur behind closed doors, and don't kid yourself that it couldn't happen because it has happened before with Germany.
Obama has his own media Nazi, feeding the nation's people his speeches that are filled with his lies and propaganda, just like Hitler. Don't fool yourself into belief that Obama is going to FIX or CHANGE America for the better because that is not his plan. His plan is to Nationalize, create a Socialistic government with communist policies and laws, just like Hitler.
It is Obama's plan to overall, gain control over America's government and her people, not to fix our current government and spending. Obama is a socialist, communist pig and America had better wake up and do something about him before he destroy our nation and our people. He's not stupid, in fact he is smart and cunning. And so far, Obama's plan is working, unfortuately.

There is much talk about how and where the stimulus plan will be spent, and everyone is hoping that the money will not be wasted.
But hey, this is the government we're talking about! Is anyone out there naive enough to think that at least some of this money won't go to projects and programs that are bogus and are a mistake to be spent on?
No matter how competent Barack Obama is as a president, and no matter how well his stimulus package succeeds, their will always be those who will only focus on the money that ends up being wasted, which is inevitable.
I think, while we want to reduce the amount of money that doesn't go to unecessary programs, it is unfair to focus only the mess-ups. Certainly, if this package turns out to be inundated with one bad policy and ideas after the next, Obama and the Democrats should be critized.
But if it's generally a sucess, there will always be those, such as Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, who will have little if any good to say about it.

I dont understand why the TAX payers were not giving the MONEY so we could get the ECONOMY Up and Moving and EVERYONE in the US would still have a JOB because we would BUY A CAR, BUY A HOUSE, Vacation , eat out, ETC... COME ON AMERICA WAKE UP.... STOP GIVING THESE CROOKS OUR MONEY....
THIS IS A COLOR THING AND THE COLOR IS RED AND GREEN .... It use to be RED WHITE and BLUE
How much longer are we going to allow this to continue.... Until we all live in TENT CITY and listen to promises of CHANGE... Only Change I see is the Dollar bill turning in to CHANGE...... And the change is less each day.
