With Santorum and Gingrich out of the race as well as both endorsing Romney, This should be the end of the delegates needed for Romney to be nominated as the GOP runner for the 2012 election. What is going on with their delegates?

@Cimlay

You obviously do not understand the process. The popular vote is only the beginning of a state primary. In the districts, candidates must persuade people to fill delegate slots on their behalf to be sent to first the state conventions and then the nation convention. By hook or by crook, Romney has been winning the beauty contest being held by the GOP, but he hasn't been winning the delegates he needs to win the nomination. If you don't understand the process, you might consider looking into it

what dreamland are you living in.....Romney will have the delegates he needs after the texas primary.....better wait for Rand to run in a few years.

No, actually Romney is going in reverse! Everytime Ron Paul wins another slate of delegates in a particular state, you have to subtract that number of delegates from Romney's total. By the time the convention is here, Romney will be lucky to have 500 total delegates. He CAN'T beat Obama, and he won't even come close to reaching the magic number of 1,144. Mitt Romney is done folks!

Ron Paul 2012!!
