BOSTON (AP) — Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney and his wife, Ann, spent Sunday night at Boston's TD Garden watching the NBA playoff game between the Celtics and the Atlanta Hawks.

The former Massachusetts governor attended Game 4 of the first-round playoff series. He sat near mid-court, about 12 rows back, with his wife and his longtime friend Bob White, the Celtics said.

Romney was the governor of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007.
