Considering that Ron Paul did not even campaign in Florida, spent no money there, and relied solely on a core group of dedicated grassroots supporters to spread the word, I think that Ron Paul did exceptionally well in Florida.
Now, take into account how much money the two so-called frontrunners (Romney and Gingrich) spent to deceive the people who voted for both of these clowns, and you begin to see a picture of an electorate that is easily manipulated by con artist politicians. Did these people who voted for Romney really look at his record, his history of flip-flopping, his pathetically weak economic plan, his lack of "conservative" credentials, or the fact that he varies little from Obama, especially pertaining to his support for the Individual Mandate. This human mannequin for the establishment will say what ever his speechwriter puts on the two teleprompters he uses for every speech he makes. This guy is so phony that he can't even produce his own thoughts; and this is acceptable to these Floridians? Have these people ever thought about the fact that Ron Paul's supporters WILL NOT endorse Mitt Romney if he should get the Republican nomination for president? Without this block of voters, Mitt Romney will lose to Obama by more than 20%, yet these Koolaid drinkers have been sold on the idea that Mitt Romney can and will beat Obama. They have been indoctrinated from the beginning into believing that Mitt Romney will be the Republican nominee, so they don't even bother to do their homework and look at this empty-suit establishment puppet. Considering that RomneyCare was the the eventual blueprint for ObamaCare, why are these people so hellbent to get Obama out when the guy they are supporting (Romney) is essentually a carbon copy of Obama. Just as with Obama's economic plan, Romney's will only make cuts to "projected" future spending, while not cutting a dime from current spending.
Gingrich on the other hand is far worse than Romney, and has the baggage to prove it. Two failed marriages, one in which he cheated on his cancer-stricken wife, the other involving Newt wanting to have a threesome with his current wife and his second wife make Newt a man of low morals and a hypocrite. Remember, this is the guy who tried to persecute Bill Clinton while he (Newt) was doing the same thing, only worse.
Can't these Florida voters see that both Romney and Gingrich are tainted, and that neither will have enough delegates by August to secure the Republican nomination.
Only Ron Paul can beat Obama, and the polls show it. No other candidate will be able to tap into the kind of varied support that Ron Paul gets. It's just too bad that these Koolaid drinking Romney and Gingrich voters didn't do their homework first before they wasted their vote. Hopefully, this will be a lesson to Romney supporters in all of the remaining states; your guy will go down in flames like Bob Dole and John McCain!
