Ok, granny signed over her house to avoid Uncle Sam in the end and let Uncle Sam pay for her care without having to 'give' her house in exchange. Instead, she chose to sign it over to her Loving Son......who deemed that she has lived too long and now it's time to cash in on the house. Too bad her plan to shaft Medicaid bit her in the A** . Or not... many oldsters do this, here is the flip side to it, think about it.
