Critics Say Obama Lacks Emotion

I just had to respond on this post especialy when people post garbage on here like Born American of Ca.(We know what that code phrase stands for). Anyhow, I think it shows a lot about a mans character how he reponds an a crisis situation. I like that fact that our President makes informed intelligent decision before he does something. We have all seen what happens when you get bad information and overreact to that bad information, for example weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Can someone please tell me if we have ever found those?

All though I don't agree with our President on some of his policies I do support him and believe that he is trying to do the best job that he can for ALL Americans.

The left is hilarious when they take any criticism of Obama as "hate speech from extremists." I guess the vicious attacks on Bush were just fine. At least Bush didn't get upset by it or try to pass the buck. If you want to see Obama's demeanor as "cool" that's your opinion. Most people are more interested in what he actually does, and they aren't fooled by his amazing telepromptor reading. Besides, how do you know how he reacts? He usually doesn't comment on anything until he's had time to plan what he's going to say. Often, too much time.

I am also from the type that hides emotion, but feels it very strongly.

I used to think or worry much about the lesser ones, the sufferings of others etc, but no one sees it, as I never speak about it openly. And I feel weeping in public as something shameful to be done.

My sister who seems to be more emotional and communicate with smiles and sweet words, or express anger with sharp but calm words, is just not so keen on other's sufferings or plights.

Well, who has more passion (emotion), exactly ?

I don't agree that Obama lacks emotion I feel he is a reclusive manupulative person and is constantly on guard to make any major decisions that might jeopardize his image or position as the President. He is a calculating individual that leaves important decisions to his assistants and when a decision is to be made or arrived at he can feel free to take credit or deflect any negative blame on the majority vote of his cabinet. Because of his inexperience in the real world of back stabbing politics and being surrounded by individual's with tremendous amount of influence and experience in the field of economics and world affairs I'm certain that he feels very small and out of place and has to be careful and commanding in all of his decisions. When he was a community organizer and life was much simpler, I'm certain he complained about the government as everyone does and made speeches of how if he was the President things were going to change and be better for the minorities and for the poor. He probably continued to think even after being elected that the position of the President of the United States was going to be an easy job and one that he could manipulate by keeping a low profile and always smiling to his gullable followers. But as he realizes now when he use to critize George Bush, the job of the President isn't as comfortable or as easy as he thought it was going to be and Obama has now cornered himself into a dilemma that his inexperience but most of all his smiles and rhetoric phrases can't resolve. Because of his inexperience in the field of politics and business I'm certain that he feels inadequate and yet because of his ego he won't admit that he needs honest guidance from both political parties. But because of his egocentricity he'd rather go against the wishes of American people, force programs down their throats and in return for his being elected President he is returning favors, assigning friends, and individuals with no experience to important positions in Washington that is affecting every man, woman and child in America. In the one year that he has been President like a child he continues to blame Bush, for all of his mistakes as if his decisions were infallible. And he dousn't admit to taking responsibility for the disastrous aftermath of the stymulus bailout which was suppose to create jobs, help homeowners with financing so they won't lose their homes and help small business owners so they can expand and continue to hire new employees. Instead the stymulus money was used to bail out large corporations and banks with no conditions on how to spend the money. And Wall St. where the millionaires if they were sincere about helping Americas economy would have reinvested the billions that they had made in profits on the market. Obama does not lack emotion he just hides it very well. And because of his Socialist agenda, it makes him undesireable as a President to the American people and for the future of the United States.
