Sad to say that the lazy public is waking up to the fact that Obama's policies are destroying our stature worldwide, and the public is finally seeing the disaster that awaits us at the end of the long tunnel!

Do you believe everything people tell you? I find it very difficult to believe that someone has not other choice but to pay $2500 a month for health insurance. There's more to that story and I think it involves a bridge. You say you don't trust a stranger with your money. Yet you trust a government run bureaucracy that losses billions of dollars a year in fraud, waste, abuse, and redundent programs?
So you are a proponent of Socialized/Government medicine. You want a program like the "Socialist countries" so we can be more like Europe. Sounds like you have a case of "europe envy" (very similar to P---s envy" but tends to afflict liberals more than conservatives). That's great!! But just know most of those program you're envious of are on life support because their respective governments can't keep them solvent and most Europeans and Canadians come to the US for major health issues. Why? Because Americans have far better care and people actually get to see a doctor. Unlike the long, interminable waiting lines where people wait for months just to be seen.
Oh, by the way, how's it going to feel to have your Uncle Sam tell you "Sorry, bud, you're not worth the investment. We have limited dollars and unlimited demands. Therefore, we have to get the most bang for our buck and we have to make a hard choice. And because you lack an education, you're single, you're past your prime, your condition is teminal, and you have less than 1% chance of survival we feel it mandatory that you go through end of life counseling which is cheaper. Plus it makes us feel like we've been compassionate. Don't worry, you will have the best drugs money can buy so you can spend the rest of your days in a dense, numb, fog."
Say what you will about private insurance companies and the state of health care in America. It's still far better than any "Socialized" country and our doctors in America are brilliant and competent compared to their foreign counterparts. Not only do we have greater advancements in technology, we actually implement the advancements.
Don't think for a second that a government sponsored health plan is going to pay for second opinions or "extra" medical tests like mri/ct/x-ray, ekg, eeg, etc. Don't think you're going to get a reknown specialist or a famous cardiac surgeon. No, you're going to get the Veterinarian who went through a government cross-training program and now moonlights as an MD. A "doctor" who is willing to cut your chest open at a fraction of the price and prescribe you diluted horse pills for human consumption.
And at what point did American's believe that they should get something for nothing. Is that the legacy of America's immigration policy? You come to America to make America more like the country you left?! Give me a break. You want your socialized medicine go get it from Fidel Castro, Gordon Brown, or Stephen Harper.

Barack HUSSEIN Obama is a racist white American hater and is by no means competent to be President of our once great country. He has demonstrated an anti American sentiment in his many speeches and has never given any credit to our great troops. Instead he has tried to diminish the work of our troops by telling other inferior nations he apologizes for our mistakes. MISTAKES our only mistake is electing Obama and allowing Liberals to have a voice!!

President Obama seems to be seeking balance between the factions of his party and with the GOP as well as balanced solutions. I applaud him for that. He is thoughtful, calm, intelligent, tough, and a problem solver. I respect and admire him greatly. We should all want him to succeed as we should want our country to succeed.
In my opinion, balance is needed. Are we going to be a country for the lucky and the strong, or can we balance freedom with humanity? Can we bring balance back to the planet by reducing global warming, or are our children going to suffer through the nightmare of our failure? (Lets not get this one wrong). Deregulation seems to have been a good thing in the beginning but went too far - out of balance. We have serious serious problems to solve! Rantings for ratings do not solve problems. When will the Republicans (my former party, alas), stop trying to defeat all efforts at problem-solving. It is - dare I say it - unpatriotic. It shows a total lack of concern for the American people. Civility and efforts by congress to work together (Yikes) would most likely create better solutions than win-lose.
I really really miss civility. Does anyone pay attention to the over-the-top stuff anymore? Hopefully it will swing back to - yep - balance!

From What I see the Nobel peace prize is not an American reword, It does not have Americans on its board and does not require input from American big business or its citizens.
Therefore five members who are not Americans saw the possibilities in President Barack Obama and decided he is on the right track as they see it. There decision should not interrupt Mr. Obamas agendas.
It does However tells us what the world thinks of our president and our nation for electing him. And for those that think President Obama is trying to destroy America, This should make President Obama want to succeed in improving America even more instead of going with his sinister plans.

President Barack Hussein Obama won the election, promising millions of ignorant American voters, "That he would create "CHANGE," and the ludicrous American voters forgot to aks this "strange man," "What type of change?" Well it apppears that President Obama is using the same strategies as Adolph Hiter used, "Tell the people national lies about the necessity of waging wars,' at the expense of the American taxpayers, who are dying from hunger, and having no future other than going to jail, for not being able to pay their bills. "Make the people worship you like a God," who can do no wrong. Nazi Germany had a Democracy, called the Democratic Socialist party, which name became the Nazi Party. The Democratic Party must put pressure on this "American Hitler,' to stop ignoring the horrible social conditions of middle and lower class Americans, while waging wars that the USA, can never win in Afghanistan. but nobody dared to challenge Adolph Hitler in Nazi Germany, and so far, no political leader has dared to challenge President Barack Hussein Obama. Even the Supreme Court Judges are afraid to demand that president Barack Hussien Obama show the public his real birth certificate, and prove that he is not a "Foreign born USA President."

If you think the insurance companies are going to lower their cost while having a monopoly over the process – well I’ve got a bridge to sell you …and I think Wall Street should be completely unregulated – I trust strangers with my money…and pollution is good for us.
The fact remains that big insurance by refusing care to patients and reimbursement to doctors over typos has ticked everyone off - both patients and doctors. They have a virtual monopoly over the whole process a hugely well financed lobby team and representatives on both sides of the isle.
A friend of mine recently laid off without children is paying $2,500.00 dollars a month for his COBRA - that is outrageous. Health insurance costs more than his mortgage – unbelievable.
When Bush implored people to go out and spend - well that’s kind of hard to do when you are buried in health care bills, filling and refilling out forms and in foreclosure because you made a typo.
The insurance companies and their representatives in Congress would love to perpetuate a business model that is crippling our economy – a bunch of great Americans aren’t they?

So what?
We knew the possibility of any change was minimal. Obama is nothing more than a black Bush with a vocabulary. This is largely due to the Fascist powers of the two political parties. Corporation run the United States not the Congress or the President. This is the same political setup the Fascist parties of Italy, Germany and Japan had before and during WWII.
As long as corporations are given more rights to representation than a human being, things will never change. Left or Right.
