Thats a lie i don't blame Obama for the recession. i do blame Bush, for stealing the presidentcy foe eight years. both Busch i mean Bush and Mccain said that the country was sound[that means that the country is doing fine]which was a lie.this happened before Obama got in.and look at how the republicans are acting now.shear hatred on top of evil.now i see why we are in so many wars. all of these stall tactic are to make sure Obama fails.just like they said. If the REPUBLICANS shut up and sit down and stop standing in the way of progress . Things can get done.but they are standing in the way.and don't want to see progress.they want to see failure from this president.and a lot of the media are with the republicans works. What kind of place is this???[HELL]seems like it to me.Also Bush is getting away with murder of mass distruction.thats right take our minds off this to republicans.they also put Palin in there, than all the banks got ripped off.I guess Obama did that too.

With a racist socialist in the White House, liberal media taking every chance to demonize anyone who doesn't agree with their god in the White House, unemployment steadily increasing, high taxes and full government take-over in the horizon and now the Swine Flu apademic there just seems to be nothing bad news. Thank you leftist liberal morons. The only thing you had nothing to do with was the swine flue, but by one single action of voting, you have helped take the US down to the bottom of the barrel. And if that isn't bad enough, when someone speaks against your false god, you play the race card. Anyone with 1/2 a brain knows that your Obama has a Christmas card list of racists who he calls friends and those same friends also would love to see the US fail because of their terrorist ties. The main question for you is, is a reform necessary. Looking from outside, I would say yes.
Why, because you should have the same problems as we do: aging people and increasing costs. So we are changing our system to adapt and I believe you have to change it too. I think a universal system is better, maybe not for everyone, but for the country as a whole.
We have a universal healthcare (Germany) that covers the minimum healthcare for everyone. If you want to have expensive, fancy treatments it is also possible but you have to pay out of your own pocket, or have an additional private insurance. To me that seems the right way.

We are legal immigrants sponsered by my children. One is an engineer and other an accountant. They have good jobs earn more than 120,000 per year. They have small children who need baby sitter. We fulfill that role. Eventhough we were not over 65 and in our bedinning 60's we were given SSI ( given Social security Income)free money like $ 425 per month each, free health care, free food stamps. If we did not want to live with our chilfren, we would be given free housing too. We never worked in USA and never paid any Taxes. We have loads of money in our previous country. We use that money while visiting there. But we can not take long vacation. We have to come back within 30 days, otherwise we have reapply for SSI which is not a big problem. We voted for Obama. Our food stamps have been doubled. We got free surgeries done so we will suck up the system for a longer time. We can not bank all our free money given; so we fund vacation for our well to do children also. Our present health care is good for illegal immigrants, aged persons showing no money; you can see this at county hospitals. It is only bad for persons who worked, now jobless, now sick. A friend in 50's was told that when you deplete your bank balance, social security will help you. Come and beg or manipulate the system.
Why did we write this ? May be, we are accumulating bad Karma. We are thinking of going back to the old country where healthcare costs are very affordable. It is hard to make the decision when we have to give up free money, free food, free medical, dental, eye glasses etc.

Those who "play the race card" from O.J. to Obama turn my stomach! Hard to "MAN-UP"? Obama hangs out with black racists, is mentored by a black, anti-American racist minister, how many times did he say from his pulpit, GOD DAMN AMERICA ON NATIONAL T.V.???? Isn't this the same minister who was/is his mentor for 20 years? Time to grow up! I hate the fact that you were slaves at one time. Three or four hundred years ago, is not today. Now the lefties want to put members of the CIA on trial because they treated some terrorist's badly to extract information.
Obama is a joke. Those in Congress who back him are jokes. I didn't care for either candidate in the last election but I would much rather have a true American in office than the racist, anti-American Socialist we have now!!!
P.S. Ted Kennedy is DEAD, why is he being treated like a saint? Wonder if he was a Democrat! The Kennedy's made their money from BOOTLEGGING! His money got him out of the murder conviction of the young girl he left to drown in the river. And we can't forget Clinton, get's his jollies in the oval office and LIE'S to Congress about it and, whala, all is forgiven. Prices are already out of control, I do not go to see doctors because I have epilepsy and the drug-lords(pharmaceutical companies) say I have to take a therapeutic level of drugs to insure their profit level.
Only problem, it is not what is good for me. I visit hospitals more at those levels which is good for the hospitals profit margin.
I end up paying to get sick, Make since, I See Doctors To Get Sick. and since I am on disability because of my epilepsy and the fact that employer a lot of the time will only pay part time so they do not have to pay for health care so the only defense I have against the pharmaceutical companies and hospitals is disability because without it I have no health care and more bills than I could ever pay.
You and your health care and high paying job are happy for now with what you have. I am glad I do not have what you have, I am not a greedy person and cannot walk over anybody to get what they have. I know that is so old fashion for a guy who likes to look forword but I have not and will never say "its just good bussness" I would rather say "it is whats good for the peolpe.
How many words can you make out of business.

The Health Care Debate is a "no-brainer". Its like buying furniture. You can buy that sofa from the "Retailer" at a "Mark-up" or you can cut out the middleman and go straight to the "Wholeseller" and save a good sum of money. If you take the "FOR-PROFIT" insurance companies out of the equation and replace them with a Government-run NON-PROFIT system YOUR HEALTH CARE COSTS WOULD DROP DRASTICALLY. The nation's HMOs earned $6.7 billion in the first nine months of 2003, a 52 percent increase over the $4.4 billion reported in 2002, according to Weiss Ratings, Inc. HMO profits in California rose 46 percent in 2008, with nonprofit (what?) Blue Shield leading the pack, almost doubling its profit margin from the prior year (how does a nonprofit end up with major profits?). The money doesn't go towards your "health care", it doesn't go to your "doctor", it doesn't go for equipment. It goes directly into the pockets of the very people who are paying for the disruptions at these so-called "Town Hall" meetings and their SHAREHOLDERS. America get a clue and quit being buffoons or you will die because you can't afford "Health Care", while Cuba, with its excess of Doctors and free medical care laughs their butts off!
As for the deficit, our tax dollars paid (and continue to pay) for the TRILLION DOLLAR wars in Iraq & Afghanistan. Our tax dollars also pay for the “Billions & Billions” of dollars in aid to Israel each year but I don’t see people jumping up and down screaming about “THAT MONEY”.
Every racist, every TPT Redneck (not the good rednecks), every white person who "Wants their Country Back" gravitates towards FAUX News and the Becks, the Hannitys etc., because they confirm their own preconceived notions and attitudes towards any uppity black man or hispanic or asian. In addition Beck, Hannity, Limbaugh et.al have to get their money from someplace, why not get it from the buffoons that believe in the tripe that spews from their mouths, many of these nitwits will buy their books too. There should be less blame, it doesn't lead to a solution that serves the United States or its citizens.
One conclusion that I have come to is that more should be paying at least some amount of taxes and even more should be paying for at least some of their health care costs.
A large part of the population, I believe around 40% of tax filers, probably even more now, do not pay any taxes, some of those even get money back. Even at low income people should normally pay something towards taxes and they should pay something towards their own health care.
Especially since poverty statistics and poverty programs, or low income programs do not often consider the like kind programs as "income", a person can have more actual income then a working person that pays taxes. The current health care bills would add to this problem.
CEO's of insurance companies are often blamed for the high costs of insurance. CEO's of pharmaceutical companies make more, pharma has bigger profits, yet they are not held to blame.
Medical professionals make more in the US, and we have very good health care here, although some rankings do not show it. The rankings themselves are often on health systems, rather then health care, and often use calculations which do not lend themselves to actual comparisons between the US and government run programs in other countries.
The US has health care from a variety of sources, charity, state government, federal government, local government and private. We fund quite a bit of research into health products, and contribute health care dollars to some other parts of the world. To suggest that at the time the baby boomers are growing older and may need more health care, that we should spend less on health care, is not reasonable. We should try to hold costs down, to the extent it does not affect our health, or health care, research and other areas, but we also expect more people to contribute to their own health care costs.
