I propose the Federal Government stop these scare tactics and propose a Bill to Not Brandish Weapons at any politicle event. To incite or scare or cause bodily harm and MENTAL HARM! We know the motives it is a passive agressive supremist movement to induce fear in the Masses and that is intolerable so I ask they propose a Bill in any gun totten state and all states and territories with in a Lethal proximaty, making it an Affolony and not breaching the right to bear arms but to uphold the security in this great Nation. I propose Bill:NBWPE CUNJL-SOON-666 to our Federal senate Comittee so that any Organazation, indavidual found with any kind of Weapon,Guns, explosives,Gas,or any life threatening Tactic as to induce fear and masshesteria , Should be held accountable, and if any incadent accuring from these kinds of people (DEATH) I am working on that as we speak.Power to The People who stand for equality and Freedom!Lets not waiver from the TRUTH>From a Freedom Fighter

From the clips I saw of the young BLACK man carrying the automatic weapon, I could'nt see any aggression ..only someone doing what they have the right to do...as for your problems with Baptists, maybe you should try going to church to see if the message is really radical, or simply people looking for answers of faith... I suppose you are one of the group that supports killing babies, but don't dare get tough with terrorists that kill civilians....Yeah...that makes sense.

The Army had all kinds of weapons at their disposal. If you are concerned with people carrying weapons such as the police who are guarding the President think what happened to Sadat when he was shot. Anyone can kill another person if they have the means and the motive. George Wallace and Robert Kennedy were also assasinated or wounded during a rally. Guns are not the problem, people are. This is a free country and we should have more faith in ourselves and not worry about other people's motives. Carrying guns does not make a person evil. Terrible things happen along with great things.

George Bush holding an event with gun-toting liberals outside. You would have seen "security" people making arrests for alleged terrorism. The only reason you didn't see it at all is because liberals have more sense than to carry guns to public events---so Dick and George got off without having to confront the issue.

As for Arizona police giving extra attention to being sure no one harms the men with the guns, this is a big problem.

The fact is, gun toting bullies OUGHT to be over-run by citizens who decide not to be intimidated in such a manner. The sooner the better. If we don't do it, we'll soon be Afghanistan or Somalia. The religious bullies there all carry A-K's, you know.

Not much difference if the gun-shower is a Baptist here. Sensible people either have to confront this in large groups or be ruled over by the village nutcases.

I own guns and I strongly support the concept and right of each individual to legally own and use guns. You can not find a stronger pro gun advocate than me.

However, I also believe there should be some common sense when exercising rights. My gut level reaction to the carrying and display of weapons at a political event is this might be a breach of common sense.

Our rights as citizens also suggests responsibilities. I believe we have a responsibility to treat our rights in a mature and responsible fashion. Do not abuse rights just to make political statements.

However, this is truly not an issue of carrying guns. This incident goes far further. It is an issue of abuse of rights. We witness abuse of rights and power everyday in our America.

Which is a greater abuse? Someone legally carrying a gun in public or a politician who fails to serve his/her country in a fair and ethical manner? I fear our politicians have done far more harm to the USA then these few people who displayed weapons in public.

Let's avoid being sensational or the media covering the sensational. Rather, let's hold our elected politicians responsible for appropriately serving the people. Unless we do, we shall lose all we have. Look at history.

What's the big deal? The man was following the law. He was polite and complied with police requests. He didn't shoot up the crowd, threaten anyone, or whatever violent fantasies the liberal moonbats lie awake at night with. Was it even loaded? Did anyone check the chamber?

It's instructive how liberals are threatened by a free man peacefully exercising his rights in a free (so far) republic. Those on the left are shocked that the peasantry are allowed to own weapons (BTW, the rifle was not an "assault rifle", as the rifle was not a selective-fire weapon, illegal unless you hold a Class 3 FFL). They're even more shocked that those peasants dare to protest the plans of The Chosen One.

Yes, the moonbats won the election - this time.

Pompous posers just trying to draw attention to themselves "look at me, see how patriotic I am" Like my grandma said "dog that bark don't bite". Stop telling us what you are gooing to do and do it. We will see if your bite is as loud as your bark. And as for the oath I remember taking that oath too and as I recall there was something in there about the chain of command. But you convieniently leave that part out
