Michelle Obama is not only an intelligent woman ,but she has also informed the public of where her concerns are. She has made the public fully aware of her feelings for the spouses of those who serve the military who have given so much more than anyone else. I don't remember the former first lady ever establishing a major platform in all of her eight years. I commend Mrs.Obama for her love and her support for them. She is a fashionable dresser and those who think otherwise can only compare it with their own ideals of what they think fashion is. Mrs. Obama is fit and trim and anything that she chooses to wear is flattering for her. She has her own agenda and doesn't have to follow her husband's. She has surpassed all standards for foreign dignitaries and everyone knows that. Being a First lady, everyone is so quick to be judgemental of everything that she does. Either she doesn't talk right or dress right. But who are we to say what is right or wrong? We only attempt to want to correct things that the media portrays as wrong. Would we even know half of things the media talks about if we didn't read it? Of course we wouldn't! Ask Sarah Palin! I think that we are quick to judge when we don't even know all of the facts. I know that I am a fashionable person and whether it is fashion to someone else really doesn't matter at all that much to me. We are all different and to want Mrs. Obama to follow the suit of prior First ladies is ridiculous. As we can see, she is different, she is a lot nicer. She makes her own statement and she does it well. She is the prime example of what a First Lady is suppose to be, including making her children her first priority. I salute the Obamas and could only wish them happiness while he attempts to clean up a mess that was there before he got there. You go girl!
