Bush simply DOES NOT deserve to be paid all that money for a stupid speaking tour!

Hello, 9/11 happened on his watch and included not acting with any urgency on the "Bin laden Determined to Strike in the US" memo.

All you libs bitch about a man that kept you safe for the last 8 years and now we have a president that flies around the world apologizing for our country keeping us and the whole world safe for the last 100 years.Let's spend 10 trillion under obama and see if we can buy some friendships,I don't think so.He likes to spend!!!!!

I am thrilled to be able to hear President Bush speak! What an honor! A man of integrity, character and most importantly a man who really lives by morals set by God.

I'd been wondering what W. has been up to since slithering out of office--but I knew that reading about the almost daily dismantling of his policies by his successor wasn't going to occupy his time, nor worry his conscience...what there is of it.
The private nature of his speaking event is right in keeping with his "official" appearances in the U.S.: before captive audiences such as children, soldiers, government contractors/war profiteers, and ticket-only, closed-to-the public events, as you would expect from a quasi-dictator; never before an honestly diverse, random, public audience of American citizens. I wish the protesters in Calgary well, in our name.

just a matter of time until he is picked up for war crimes. THEN I WOULD pay to see this jerk behind bars. What a disgraceful man. It's just a matter of time. Cheers!

If W actually gets any money (rather than used shoes) for his talks, it will just prove that stupidity knows no boundaries.

Excellent! we will have the opportunity to express our hungry by throwing 150,000 shoes to him, but this time those shoes will be filled with dung. You got the message Bush !!

I would love to hear and be at one of his speeches. I would be honored to be in his presence rather than around our current "pork Obama" President!

I think it would be an honor to be in the presence of a great man such as President Bush, giving his insight into the tenure of his presidency. Bush was dealt a card no other president had ever been dealt before so early on into his administration, and God bless him for keeping every single American citizen safe from terrorists on our soil. I'd go and only wish this article displayed which venues he's be speaking at. I wonder how I could get tickets.
