I am glad to hear that Barak Obama believes it is important for his administration to uphold high ethical standards, however, how about his ethical standards before he got to the office? I have repeatedly called for investigations into SEVERAL SUSPICIOUS DEATHS and will continue to call for them until there are fair, thorough and independent investigations. Once again, I will continue to ask until I get an answer, what did Barak Obama and Oprah Winfrey know about the fork-lift that was dropped on cousin Mark Selden's head, at work in Chicago, IL, just a few minutes away from both of them, that almost killed him, on March 4, 2007? And what did they know about him being sent to 70 Witchwood Lane Lindenhirst, IL for therapy? and what did they know about Aunt Bertha Selden's sudden and unexpected death at a hospital in Chicago, IL on TUESDAY, March 4, 2008? People that don't play by the same rules everybody else plays by GET ELIMINATED FROM THE GAME! I've been waiting patiently for answers. The time for them is NOW! Barak Obama and Oprah Winfrey will be very glad to know that my family or myself would NEVER EVER take part in murder or corruption. Some of us were taught that such murderous or corrupt acts are inexcusable. LET THE INVESTIGATIONS COMMENCE IMMEDIATELY!

I think people in the world know the reason why the U.S. is in big trouble, the prompt response is certain to be 'oil war', while Americans try to avoid the truth. The morbid oil urge has incurred all problems. then the direction can be clear, namely, seeking energy freedom, and it will be the key to the highly-anticipated health including growing children, I believe.

Free trade made american car manufacturers go to south. How american worker who pays high taxes, insurance, house mortgage, social security, property taxes, sale taxes (as much as 5 times the Korean counter parts) compete against foreign workers? American cars are over priced not under quality. If american cars are less than $10,000 by equivalent size Japanese cars, I will buy them. Capitalists supports free trade. They invested their money heavely in foreign countries where workers are producing more per dollar in wages.

The chosing of Tom Daschle by Obama was merely a 'political payback'. As reported, Daschle was the largest contributing factor in turning the heads of the Super Delegates from Hillary to Barrack. Do you think Daschle did that just for the heck of it, or because he thought Obama would make the better president (oh, please). He did it for a promised appointment - and that is why Obama "stood firmly behind Daschle for the appointment.
ETHICS - give me a break- neither of them have any.
It's politics as usual at the white house - just a different name and face. 'Change we can believe in'??? Just cuz you believe it - it don't make it so!

Please, this is such BS. We have enough real news stories that could be told that we don't need to be inventing the "Ethical demise of Barack Obama". If anything Obama should be praised for taking ownership of the mistake, even though the error really rests squarely on the shoulders of Daschle (who obviously didn't disclose this little gem) and the vetting squad that's supposed to turn-up these sorts of things before the nomination is made(I'm sure some conversation happened recently between our President and that group).
Yes Barack and Daschle were close, but making this sound like some kind of ethical lapse on Obama's part is ridiculous, since when is trust in another a lapse? It's human, as is the ability to err. At least he owns it.
