obama is the best i live ini dominica not the republic and i thing it is an honor to have the first black president of the united states of america. i do have a question does this make the chance of people geting visaa less or more because i would really like to visit america all the clothes and nice shoes payless i mean i am 14 years old and i have never been there. everytime my mom tries they turn her down another thing is that they should only charge visa fees if the person got through i mean spending all that money and then not getting the visa. i hope that i will get my visa one day

I think Bush did a great job. The rhetoric we have heard from the media has been the thorn to GW Bush. He was handed a recession then 9/11 hit. Sure, I agree, we have done all we can in Iraq but I still believe we did the right thing going over there. May God bless this man. He made our country a safer place.
The Senators have been the downfall of this country. WHAT BOOBS! Do they not realize that "We the people" are the ones hurting and had the taxpayers been handed each a share of the $700+ billion the recession would have ended already.
Obama, God bless him. I hope that President Obama will be able to do as his campaign promises have been delivered. But there again, WATCH OUT FOR THOSE SENATORS! I hope that we will see a reckoning of the problems that the country and the world faces and I pray he is able and allowed to pull us through this recession.
We must forget the past. Let us all remember, we cannot answer for those who have gone before us. Our ancestors did a wrong and that wrong has been righted. Let us move forward as one, as a whole, as the Great Nation we are. Put aside your prejudices and see each as a person and not a color of skin. This goes for black, white, hispanic and other nationalities. We ARE ONE PEOPLE! Let us act that way and work together to make this country the nation it once was and still is. A nation under God, indivisible and Liberty and Justice for all.
