After Rick Warren Flap, Gay Activists Cheer Obama's Invite of Gene Robinson

I thought Obama had more backbone than this. The decision to include a gay clergyman is clearly a slap in the face all god fearing people. I guess he does not think he needs Christian support in the future. We shall see about that. It is sad that he could not stick to his initial decision. I think we can see from this decision, if you pout and throw a temper tantrum like a little child, Obama will give you want you want. We are in for a painful four years.

My civil rights are as important as anyone else's! For breeders to donkey bray about how unfair it is to even consider the rights of MY minority is laughable, short-sighted and stoopid (that's "stupid" for the home-skooled who lurk among us, bringing down the IQ of the entire country).

I have an idea, let's vote on the civil rights of those who think the earth is only 5000 years old and is flat, too. They don't deserve to have rights, right?!

Or maybe we'll put black rights up to a vote (again). Or women. Or mixed marriages. Or you-name-it, but only if it means removing the civil rights of some other group. Let's see how they like it.

Your god help you if you admit to being represented by the likes of Rick Warren!

Gene Robinson is no more a Bishop than I am a goldfish.

Just another clear sign of Obama'a spineless bending to all far left activists in the media. The media is moraless, our President elect follows. Nice to see we are following the Roman empires fall to the t.

I'm gay and am not cheering.

I don't even know anyone that belongs to the Human Rights Campaign. They do not speak for me or anyone that I know.

We don't care if Obama got a dreg queen to give an invocation at this point , if Warren is there, WE (the real gay community) will not support Obama in anything he does.

Obama, come to find out now, is NOT for gay marriage.

CNN and Time Magazine is not going to influence with their false and misleading articles again.

WE are not going to be lead around like sheep by you people anymore.

One additional thought comes to mind: While watching the Inauguration, thoughts come to my mind of 2 males performing unnatural acts, or 2 females performing unnatural acts. No, thank you, I'll pass on this Inauguration.

Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

I do not approve of the gay lifestyle; I don't feel it is natural, nor approving by God. If our new President has convictions one way or another about gay lifestyles, then he should be able to choose who is invited to his inauguration, and should certainly stand by his convictions. If our new President bows to the "political" pressures of anything outside of his conviction, then our new President doesn't really have that conviction, now does he? We shall see, won't we...

This is, frankly, disgusting. Gays and Lesbians are not the only people in this country, Warren represents some of us as well. The concept of "we're all for freedom of speech, just as long as it agrees with our beliefs" is one that has become all to prominent in our culture today. I do not personally find anything wrong with gays or lesbians, but there is a population of people in our country who do. Come on people, equality for all, not just minorities, not just the people who love to yell "Prop 8 is illegal!!!" God forbid, no joke intended, that people vote against some civil liberties. If Prop 8 had passed, do you think that there would have been nearly this commotion or media coverage over the loosing side? Of course not.

All people need to be represented, not just the "special" ones.
