And to think the Bush White House had no "think tank" capabilities of its own--at least, that's the perceived message I get from your superfluous ramblings. Also, let's suspend the "How will history judge the Obama Presidency?" musings until he completes his term in office. PUH-LEEZE!! To quote Jay Leno: "SHUT UP!!"
