The railroad companies are using our tax dollar's to improve their rail system's, while they are getting rich. My pay is not improving so why do I want to pay more tax's for some thing I do not use. Let the rail system's use some of their own dollar's to improve! How do I know, I work for a company that build's products for the rail system!
