HARRY REID IS A PATHETIC WIMP THAT ROLLS OVER AND PLAYS DEAD ANYTIME ANYONE PUTS UP THE LEAST LITTLE HINT OF OBJECTION. HE HAS DONE MORE DAMAGE TO THE OBAMA REFORM THAN THE GOP. FOR GOD'S SAKE REID, STEP ASIDE AND LET SOMEONE WITH SOME GUTS TAKE THE REINS TO HELP THE PRESIDENT INACT THESE MUCH NEEDED REFORMS. IT IS A DISGRACE FOR THE UNITED STATES TO NOT HAVE A HEALTH CARE POLICY IN PLACE AND HAVE MILLIONS SUFFER AND DIE NEEDLESSLY BECAUSE THEY CAN'T AFFORD TO SEE A DOCTOR, OR ARE TURNED AWAY AT A HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE. WHAT A SAD EXAMPLE TO THE WORLD THAT THE WORLDS LEADER IS STILL NOT PROVIDING THE VERY BASIC NEEDS OF ITS PEOPLE! SHAME ON CONGRESS. THEY SIT THERE WITH THEIR 100% COVERAGE FOR LIFE AND SQUABBLE OVER GIVING THE BASIC NEEDS TO THE MASSES. WELL, I GUESS IF IT DOESN'T EFFECT YOU, WHO CARES ABOUT THE GUY HOLDING THREE JOBS TRYING TO PAY FOR MEDICAL BILLS. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO DIE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE BEFORE CONGRESS FINALLY THROWS A FEW CRUMBS THE WAY OF THE COMMON MAN STRUGGLING TO EVEN PAY FOR A DOCTOR'S VISIT. HOW MANY CHILDREN HAVE TO SUFFER BECAUSE THEIR PARENTS CAN'T AFFORD TO HAVE NEEDED MEDICAL PROCEEDURES DONE? THIS IS A DISGRACE THE US HAS CARRIED FAR TO LONG. PASS THE HEALTH CARE REFORM NOW!

I'm in favor of a national health care system, but not just "a" system. It must be cost effective and effective for all, young and old alike. National health care should be reserved for U.S. citizens only, not illegal immigrants. Actually, we should treat illegals, tag them with a safe, lose dose radioactive dye and immediately ship them to their homeland.
Since no legislator or administrator will tell the American people exactly what the health care plan is or how it will function, there is no reason to trust passing it. It must be a really bad piece of legislation to keep the details so secret. I can't believe no legislator has read it, but that's what we are supposed to believe.
If legislators cannot trust the American people with the truth about the bill, why should we trust them like naive little children?

We are facing today more than a health care crisis for our president has disrespected the office and continues to lie about the specifics of the health care reform bill.Messengers Pelosi and Reid being the ultimate narsasists perpetuate the lies and arrogantely stand before us as our leadership smug and self serving.
How embarassed should the American people be for our democratic leadership has gone full circle and adopted a pre-world war two philosophy; and,they are the brown shirts.Our government has within the health care bill an addendum that mandates that evey savings and checking account in America will be known to the federal government and without notice they will be authorised to withdraw funds.This week the Whitehouse mandated a spy on your neighbor campain.
Ironically purely by accident there is also a correlation with creating a master race.Whereas,from 0-17 years of age the government will provide minimal health care and from ages 40 and up health care provided will be diminished and by age 59 essentially you will be given your death marching papers and told literally to drop dead at your convienence.Obviously, Obamanomics play an essential role and by minimizing health care for children and being proactive with abortions while eliminating elderly health care the negative balance of the social security and medicare systems coupled with a controlled population growth will be positive.Is this America or NAZI Germany? Similarly alike.

Why are we in the situation we are in now? The GOVERNMENT and the American society's wish for "having it their way". As has been proven by the medical establishment, Americans are obese and not very healthy because of the easeness of life that we enjoy. Our American way of life is killing us all. Fastfood joints, cars that drive us everywhere, television that gives us sports to watch 22 fit people or 18 fit people or 2 or 4 or 1 fit person. Do we really need to have that double hamburger with cheese and fries and a DIET soda?
Yes, we are Americans and we have earned the right to have the easy way of life. But, does it make it right? And, should we condemn those people (insurance companies, doctors, politicians, lawyers, etc) for earning a way of life on our expense? Ask yourself, if you had the money and education that these "professionals" have, would you be like them or not? Be honest.
What is the answer? I don't know and I'm betting that the politicians don't know either. What should we do? I'm not sure, but since I'm not happy with the way our politicians (Democrats and Republicans) are handling this, I'm voting all incumbents out. Why should I punish those "good" politicians? Because, the government needs to wake up from their dreamy, cushy, lobby-pleasing job and listen to the American public. The FIRST Americans revolted because of their government. Will there be a repeat of history?
Whether you believe in Obama or not, whether you are Democrat or Republican; what do YOU really stand for? Don't listen to the media or your friends or even your family. Stop and think for yourself. WHAT DO YOU REALLY STAND FOR?

We don't have a problem with the "Health care System" except the Gov. controls.
If we all paid for our own health care or Ins.and the state didn't tell us what to do,it would be cheaper.The state "mandates" that my wife is covered for maternity care,she is 52 yrs. old.
All of the gov. mandates cause the costs to rise.
Then the Supreme Court mandates that all "Illegals" be given free health care and education.
Is it any wonder we are going broke.
Now Pres. wants the gov. to take over everything,they can't do anything right!

And you thought this government was by the people, for the people and of the people. Try of the insurance companies, by the drug companies, and for the military industrial complex. It's hard to be positive in face of so much politics for the politicians.

The blue dogs and probably a portion of the Repulicans are more than likely getting some very big donations from the Insurance cos and other special interest groupsand those that are organized disrupters at the town hall meetings are sponsored by several groups of Insurance cos and the same group that sucker punched Kerry in the previous election as well as other similar fanatic groups. All the Republicans want to do is cause Obama to fail. They really dont give a hoot about the average citizen. Their only thou7ght is to play to their base.

These people calling themselves Blue Dogs and saying they are fiscal conservatives are all hat and no cattle! If one looks at their voting record, they are only slightly less liberal than their follows. I predict when the nut crunching begins and the votes count for something, the majority of these Blue Dogs will vote for the Helth Bill and the Tax and Trade legislation coming up in the Senate.
