It is unbelieveable of the autrocities conducted under the FISA and terms as "National Security Act." I am beginning to believe that the Congress of the United States should do a thourough inspection of ALL AGENCIES OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO;(1) Review of all Federal Employees within all agencies;scope of authority, review of all classified and unclassified documents to show whether abuse was used in their agencies via UNCLEAR EXECUTIVE POWERS NOT GIVEN BY EITHER THE UNITED STATE CONSTITUTION OF AMERICA OR SAID ADMENDMENTS OR ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION RELATING TO EXECUTIVE POWERS IN THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT! If Congress finds absoulte abuses in all algencies then I think it is time for a complete removal of all Agency Head or/and subordinates who went along with abuses not granted by THE RULE OF LAW! It is time for THE SUPREME COURT TO REQUIRE all sections, agencies, departments, etc. to Yearly resign loayalty oath to the Government of the United States of America as well as yearly poloygrah test for Agency heads by United States Justice Depaartment(including this department also). It is necessary to restore confidence in all departments and agencies of our Government so the American Tax Payer as well as Citizen knows that theses people really represent our BEST INTEREST AND WILL UPHOLD THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AND THE INTENTS OF THE ORIGINAL SIGNATORIES TO THIS DOCUEMENT. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Though I voted for him as the lesser of two evils, we have to recognize that the man is trying to mend the shattered image of the nation, thanks to Bush Cheny. His approach in foreign relations is bound to not only, improve image, but improve international cooperation and perhaps attain a period of unpresedented peace and harmony. In the economy the misfortune is that it is expected to be fixed by those who did nothing while it circled the drain, but we should be patient, though the tax, policies and unbrideled spending is bound to cause pain for generations. All things concidered I give him a B+ and wish him the best. If he does well so does America and the world.

It's not the "White House Office of Legal Counsel," it's the Office of Legal Counsel within the Department of Justice. It quite removed from the White House.

and now I see him BOW? to a foreign Saudi???.... since when did the President Of The United States start BOWING to anyone??... this is a national disgrace! As the elected leader of the most powerfull country on the face of the planet what in the world is he doing BOWING to the Saudis? It must be that muslim thing kicking in.... no wonder he wants to take our guns and our money... he's selling us into servitude and his BOW is a clear indicator of what he wants us to do!! I'm sorry Mr President, It'll never happen!

Give the President a chance...he can do no more damage than what has already been done. President Obama did not cause the housing crisses or the stock market to crash or oil prices to soar...come on give me a break.

For those of you blaming Obama for the current mess.. remember how good the economy was in 2001, as GWB non-chalamtly smiled and continued reading to those kids during the tower and Pentagonn attacks? Case closed. Now shut up! Let the current President do his job and try to dig us out of the u-know-what he inherited from u-no-hu

Four times the debt, TRILLIONS of dollars of debt pushed off onto our grandchildren, more than enough to make all our children slaves.

And this from a man who is supposed to be like Abraham Lincoln? THIS pres has enslaved us and especially our grandchildren with an unpayable debt. That debt will cause all future generations to despise and curse us.

This is your leader, this is your legacy, how you will be remembered- this generation will be remembered for the most foolish variety of selfishness. While we live, when we are old and helpless, our very own children will say we are a drain on their resources and they will cut us off from everything we will need to live!

Now how do you feel about the "change" you wanted and voted for?

I am currently stationed in the middle-east and could not wait for 20 January 2009. I celebrated with many fellow military members when George Walker Bush became an ex-president. We drank to his departure and welcomed a new president who inherited a POS. Then I gave him the bird--well to his face on t.v. Prior to 20 January my thoughts were kept at bay in public so I would not be charged with contemptuous remarks toward the President. I am so happy he is gone. Far too many people lost their lives for no reason. Iraq has never been a direct threat to the USA. Now our nation has to try to repair all the damage done on the world stage. it is one thing to protect your nation, and another to invade sovereign nations for false reason. The rhetoric exhibited during the Bush administration has only exasperated the hatred toward our great nation. Bush has caused more terrorist activity by his policies and actions than he has prevented. Sure America suffered no major terrorist activity since 911--but the entire world changed and we now have more safeguards in place than ever before. I commend the previous administration for their efforts with that endeavour. But I also despise them for violating so many laws and for the thousands of lives lost. People will continue to suffer for decades because of George Walker Bush. He should go and live in Iraq--perhaps in a cave. LoL. Of course this will never happen--hopefully he will show his face as little as possible in the coming years and spend the rest of his life repenting for his crimes. I could say more, but shall keep this snort for now. BTW I am a republican—my comments sometimes confuse people who are so far to the right—I am a LW Liberal—not true.

If Bush was successful in the war effort and the economy was robust, there would not be any talk of going after President Bush for the consequencies of his decisions or those of greedy Wallstreet brokers, lenders, speculators and poor Federal Reserve policies (they set up the housing boom and bust with their monetary policy). Dick Cheny was the real President during Bush's first term, when Bush was mostly hangin out in Crawford and Cheny was at the CIA changing intelligence documents. Dick Cheny got us into Iraq using his henchmen Libby, Rumsfield, and the rest to manipulate Bush so they could get no bid military contracts for their firms such as Halliburton. Bush had good intentions, but he failed in his execution because his key people around him failed. So he is stuck with the blame, largely due to following very bad advice, even though he got rid of Cheney's cabinet appointments during his second term, Cheney's underlings were everywhere in the federal bureacracy to influence decision making.

In another time, Bush would have been Adolf Hitler's right hand man.
