Governor Paterson is being vamboozled by the corrupt powers that be .He truly does have the interest of the state formost in his descions to try to balance the budget. So far all these inuendos of wrong doing by Patterson have not been proven.Today I mailed in a new voter registration application to CHANGE my party affiliation from democrat to INDEPENDENT. i will not vote for any dems from NY ever again. Yesterday i wrote Gov Patterson and recommended he do the same. The corruption in the ny legislator is a disgraceful. I too was planning on voting for Patterson. If he runs on the INDEPENDENT TICKET HE may win

This is a truely sad situation for NYS, the powers that have had control for decades have found the avenue to push Patterson out; as usual!
Despite the matters at hand, and while I find it very disapppointing that he would engage in any DV incident cover up, or intimidation, I do feel this Gov has done more for women that any other.
This incident is just a small example of what they all do ....unfortunately most of them engage in far worse but its protected ... just google & watch exposecorruptcourts and review the cases !! The culture of corruption is over the top and a Gov like this one poses a threat to the gangs that control !!

Governor Paterson is a great spokeperson and an effective Governor. When Governor Paterson spoke he made sense and clearly was working for the good of the State. Possibly some of his policies may not have been what everyone wanted to hear but in this time of financial crisis he did a darm good job!. Governor Paterson although blind sees much more than many other politicians and maybe they found him too real. I'm sad that he's not running for another term. It's a shame that today's political races are run in the press. NY will lose a man of great judgement in office.
