In his high-profile activist role, Clooney met with Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, on Tuesday, testified before the Senate panel on Wednesday and planned to meet with President Barack Obama at the White House and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton on Thursday.
"I'm not a policymaker," he told reporters. "My job is to just raise the volume."
