I will vote for John Mccain because he is man of principles and integrity and has also chosen a strong women who has a firm value of morals to life and family. I will vote for a president and a vice-president that can lead a nation through a war, heaven forbid it if it should ever need to come to that state.i will also choose a man that has been fair to one of the first nation of people that has lived in the Americas, the Natives of Arizona.I'm proud to say i'm from the Dine Nation {navajo} A proud land that has sent many warriors to battle for our country. I'm amazed at he comment from catherine explaining that experience is not a necessity for Obama to be elected PRESIDENT. These same Democrats will tell you that Palin lacks experience to become VICE PRESIDENT! I am not going to debate Palin's experience compared to Obama's experience. I just want to explain my feelings that double standards are both tiresome and immature.

I really do think character makes a huge difference. The office of President really does not control our economy, or what bills are written and debated in congress...so many people put all of these things on the president. What a president can do is lead through displaying good jusgement, strong character, honesty and encouraging Americans and their lawmakers to pull together. I think McCain's character is as real as it gets. Obama is suely a very intelligent and well meaning American but he is first and foremost a politician that has not yet shown that he has the level of leadership qualities that McCain has displayed through the years. So for me when it comes to vote it is not the economy, or naztional security that is the issue but which candidate can maintain our constitutional rights and America's unique freedoms while handling these things. I vote McCain.

I am a huge supporter of Barack Obama. Yes, John Mccain suffered for our country and I respect and honor him. For those of you who say Obama does not have a character, well you are wrong. There is nothing wrong with being charismatic, We are living in TODAY, not in the 60's. Maybe Mccain could lead our country but what you need to look at is not whether or not they lived in a box, but what they will do for our country. Also, experiance can be imensly helpful but Kennady, Lincoln and FDR did not serve 25 years on Capitol Hill but they were still some of the best Presidents we have ever had. Stop judging Obama by how long he has been on Capitol Hill and how much experiance he has and actually look at what he will do for our country.

I wonder where you have found these "facts" on Obama. I have done much research on both candidates and have found nothing to support claims. His views on abortion and marriage? A woman has the right to chose what happens to her body? Married and faithful to one woman since he graduated college (as opposed to McCain being on his second ex-beauty queen wife after CHEATING on the first one)?
Done nothing to help the average person? I thought that was the definition of a Community Organizer (as he was mocked by Sarah Palin).
Where did you hear that he would teach homosexuality in schools?
This kind of misquided, misinformation is how Hitler got elected chancellor.
p.s. definition of liberal from American Heritage Dictionary - a. Not limited to or by established, traditional, orthodox, or authoritarian attitudes, views, or dogmas; free from bigotry.
b. Favoring proposals for reform, open to new ideas for progress, and tolerant of the ideas and behavior of others; broad-minded.
