"Don't you remember Bill lying to millions of Americans about Monica? If it was YOUR husband, would you still be married, I think not..I live in New York State, and I KNOW that she hasn't done anything for us as our senator, except carpetbag her way into the liberal (read Socialist)millieu. Additionally, she and Obama are so dumb that they spent millions of your Democratic dollars to fight it out, and tired old McCain with his 'fluff' female Palin will most likely win. Stop drinking the camomile tea and wake up, she's NOT a good role model for your daughters."
BINGO!!! We don't need admittant liars in public office. Heaven knows there's plenty of behind-the-door ones. I totally agree with this citizen...Hilary is NOT a good role model for our daughters...WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! If someone doesn't care about an innocent baby being ripped from it's mother's womb,WHAT THE HELL MAKES YOU THINK THEY'LL GIVE A RAT'S ASS ABOUT YOU???

This election has become a great big circus with a group of clowns running for president and the party that will win is the one that is able to put on the most make up.

You've got it exactly! I'm an independent, definitely for Hillary. When he chose his own ego and she was not chosen by Obama I thought..if he can't get this important decision right.I don't trust him to make other important decisions. My vote..his loss!

I cannot believe all the histrionics in reaction to what Biden said. He was, obviously, paying tribute to Mrs. Clinton and her qualifications and political skills as well as speaking candidly and honesty about the dynamics of this campaign. And for that you want to punish him?
Yes, Joe Biden may "get off message" a bit too often, but with him we have a man who is more of "what you see is what you get" than any of the four top of the ticket candidates in this race. Maybe a bit of honesty and candor is to be respected and admired in a campaign of spin and sound bites.
Biden has spent thirty years as a public servant and toiling in the bowels of government. If he says Hillary Clinton is as qualified as he is, let's chalk it up to a graceful statement rather than a gaffe.
What is next? Penalizing him for not having shot a moose or a wolf from a helicopter. What is he a wimp?

I am an independent along with the majority of people I know, who do not like either candidate. But one thing we all agree on is that Obama made a big mistake not picking Hillary even before Palin came into the picture. I agree that he let his ego get in the way and now his ego may lose him the election and we will be stuck with a Republican administration for the next 4 years. I, like many others will be writing in Hillary as a protest and yes, Joe Biden has made both himself and Obama look like persons of poor judegement. This is not a political campaign, it is a joke. Let us not forget that the press pushed Hillary out against the wishes of the public when they began their love affair with Obama, and Obama could have fixed it but he didn't. His probable loss!
Would not be surprised AT ALL if Biden did step aside and Clinton was paired on the ticket with Obama. I am sure that discussion is being made by ALL PARTIES involved and would reverse the mass of women Clinton supporters blinding switching to the Republicans just because they have the ONLY woman candidate available. It would be just the haymaker that the Dems need to knock out the Republicans. Everyone says that many Dems and Biden always talk before they think, but almost everything said is thought out and rehearsed by these well coached politicians. Look at how the Republicans made W. look like a valid candidate NOT ONCE but TWICE. He ran a Major League Baseball INTO THE GROUND and his position in Texas was a birthright, not really earned. Come On!!! If Biden does step aside for Hillary, this was ALL CALCULATED. His Town Hall comments may be the seed that grows into a Landslide Obama/Clinton victory. Stranger things have happened and it would not surprise me in the least.

Kevin of KY, you just don't understand. A candidate's responsibility in picking a VP running mate is not (primarily) about pleasing the voters. It's about finding someone who FITS. How would you like it if all your friends said you should marry Susie Creamcheese, and while you thought Susie was okay, it just didn't click? Would you please your friends and have a poor marriage? Obama didn't discount your feelings or the 18 million other Hillary supporters. He made chose who he believed would be the best person to create a strong team in the Executive Branch of government. I believe Obama picked a running mate for the reasons he has cleary and repeatedly stated: Biden is someone who will tell Obama if he's wrong and that's a valuable trait to have in a friend and working partner. And I will not be the least bit surprised if Hillary is given a cabinet post. My choice would be Secretary of State, although Secretary of Health is probably what would make her happier. As far as Obama's inexperience, "Dubya" had nothing going for him in that department either, both when he became governor of Texas and then president. He just surrounded himself with people who guided/advised him through his inexperience. Bill Clinton was more truthful than clever when he said that no one is really ready to be president on Day 1. In the end, it's not about experience, it's about judgement. And I trust Obama's judgement a whole helluva lot more than hothead McCain's.

well it just goes to show how liberals speak first, and think second. just like obama said the other day, " everyone" i mean everyone will pay less taxes. hmmmmmm, thats not what he said before, but i know a few business owners that will be glad to hear he's come around to their side. alot of wealthy people were glad to here that !!!!
