Why didn't he serve in the Military? Vietnam was hot and heavy when he was draft age. Student deferment (Probably)? Or maybe he was 4F for the Knee- thing? When you publicly knock your own parties President of the United States you lose points with me and thats exactly what he did today. He sounds like a person the Democratic Party Does NOT need. He's just a half-baked Dem that will eventually flip like Lieberman did. He's what I call a "Blue Donkey with a Red Streak up his back".

I agree with Keith and Mr. Whatever comments above about the hunting, fishing as a hobby and grandstanding. Plus. He's a biker. We don't need another biker clogging up the highways. At age 63, its time he grew up anyway. West Virginia Coal Mines is where he should stay.

...that hunting and fishing are considered hobbies.

I still don't like the fact that he's grand-standing on the appointment. DO IT and get it over with....it's cruel.
