I can't believe NY Times has come down to this. Soon the Times will be the kind of newspapaer to report aliens from other planet visit The White House or Bush is dead and that a Disguised Alien is taking his plaace...

I'm not sure where the misconduct is supposed to be.
Is it the private jet ride or the letter that he write urging a quicker decision from the FCC? Is it an affair (which is still only a rumor)?
Is it the appearance of impropriety that results when you socialize with a lobbyist (although, he apparently took advice to stop doing so eight years ago)?
I generally trust the NYT, but as far as this story goes...
there's no there there.

How about him defending Mr Keating and took money to deflect
guilt when Lincoln Saving and loan went bankrupt and left
thousands of seniors without their life savings? How about
publishing that, now that he says his past is clean?
