NEW YORK (AP) — Special K is increasing its diet food empire.

The brand caters to dieters who use its chips and pastries to lose weight. This summer, Kellogg is rolling out Special K Nourish, a hot cereal made with quinoa and other grains.

The cereal, which has 8 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber, reflects Special K's push to keep enticing dieters, who increasingly look for added nutritional benefits.
