GSA executive asserts right to remain silent

What in the hell is a Fifth Amendment "privilege"? It's a RIGHT. It may seem like a small thing, but given the Obama regime's contempt for the Constitution, I can't help but think that this is the result of a deliberate, coordinated commitment by all top regime officials to exchange the word "RIGHTS" with the weaker, and more malleable word "privilege". I'd like to not have to think this way, I'd like to not have to be on constant alert for assaults from within on the Constitution, but we live in perilous times.
