I agree. BK should offer 100% whole wheat buns/ wraps, and also create a cajun-grilled chicken sandwich that isn't rubberized/microwaved, and also demand that employees speak properly and be courteous and friendly. "Can you give your order?" is rude, whereas "Welcome, May I take your order?" is proper. Napkins and plastic-ware are always nice to always find in the bad, too.

One of the easiest ways to make a menu change that is tastier (for some at least) and healthier (for all who chose it) is to offer whole wheat buns as an option. Most restaurants seem to miss this or don't want the hassle, but it helps to differentiate a crowded field !
