Kuwait Airways resumes flights after strike halted

I hv been stranded in Jeddah since Sunday. Although the flights are back to normal, there has been no efforts to resolve the backlogged/ stranded passangers. We hv been trying to get reimbusement or get to other airlines but were given lame excuses. Passangers on Wednesday kuwait airways were given thier seats as though nothing happened but not to the stranded passangers. Can the Kuwait airways authorities do something about this?
