Hillary Clinton joked about jumping out of a cake at the Center for American Progress’ 10th birthday event.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton came to Washington Thursday night to wish progressive think tank, Center for American Progress, a Happy 10th Birthday. In her very stoic speech she criticized politicians for choosing "scorched earth over common ground" and talked about a country "careening from crisis to crisis." Feeling very much like a presidential campaign, her remarks attracted reporters from nearly every major media outlet in town.
