Coming soon to the "Daily Show" -- clips from Thursday night's Virginia gubernatorial debate between Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Ken Cuccinelli. Our own Rebekah Metzler spotted "Daily Show" correspondent Al Madrigal accompanied by a producer and camera crew at the debate, held at Virginia Tech's Blacksburg campus. Before the back-and-forth began, Madrigal passed out air-sickness bags adorned with the candidates' faces, to reporters covering the event. Then, throughout the action, Madrigal spent his time faux vomiting.

Afterward, it was unclear whether the candidates directly faced the "Daily Show's" wrath. Washington Post reporter Ben Pershing tweeted that McAuliffe was asked if he's gone from "debilitating revulsion to moderately revolting," by the "Daily Show" crew. Cuccinelli's team said the candidate gave a press avail in the green room, but the "Daily Show" was not among the news organizations named that attended.
