Since Election Day, questions have been flying over whether Hillary Clinton will run for president in 2016, and now we will have a book that may provide some answers.
Crown announced Thursday that it has acquired a new book on the U.S. Secretary of State, authored by Jonathan Allen of Politico and Amie Parnes of The Hill, that will examine her 2016 presidential prospects. Crown is promising a "definitive, insider chronicle" that will delve into the "inner workings of the Clinton Machine" as the 2016 election approaches.
The book will also explore Clinton's failed 2008 presidential bid, her time as Secretary of State (no doubt including the Libya crisis), her relationships with President Barack Obama, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta and Vice President Joe Biden, and, interestingly: "the premium that she and her husband place on loyalty."
A date for publication has not been set.
