Real estate developer Donald Trump, right, talks with The Associated Press as his son, Donald Jr., gives an interview, during a topping off festivities for his 92-story Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago,Wednesday, Sept. 24, 2008. Trump, commenting on the economic bailout plan said the $700 billion plan is probably necessary because it looks like the economy is "rushing into one big depression."

Donald Trump, you trolled America once again.

The long-awaited announcement by the flamboyant real estate mogul at noon Wednesday turned out to be just a return of birtherism — the conspiracy theory that the president is not an American citizen — combined with a whole lot of money.

"We know very little about our president," Trump says from behind a desk in a video just released on his YouTube channel. "I am very honored in having gotten him to release his long form birth certificate or whatever it might be... [Now] I have a deal I don't believe he can refuse."

Trump goes to say if Obama releases his college records and applications, as well as his passport records, Trump will give $5 million to a Chicago charity of the president's choice.
