Hayes—where children participate in the traditional egg-rolling race and activities on the South Lawn. The event's theme, "Let's Go, Let's Play, Let's Move," played off of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" program, which encourages exercise in an effort to stem childhood obesity.

The poll surveyed independent voters in toss up states such as Colorado, Nevada, North Carolina and Virginia, and shows Obama ahead by nine points over Romney with 48 percent of the vote.
