On Monday, the White House hosted the annual Easter Egg Roll—a custom dating back to administration of Rutherford B. Hayes—where children participate in the traditional egg-rolling race and activities on the South Lawn. The event's theme, "Let's Go, Let's Play, Let's Move," played off of First Lady Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" program, which encourages exercise in an effort to stem childhood obesity.
At one point in the afternoon, the president got in on some obesity-fighting himself, joining members of the Harlem Globetrotters basketball team at the White House basketball court for some hoops and, interestingly, push-ups.
By one count, President Obama did 13 push-ups, leaving just one question to answer: How many can Mitt Romney do?
