Great discussion underway by everyone about the role of money and influence buying in political campaigns.

Just an idea here... let's go with the clean money candidate... the clean money isn't as big a pile as the dirty money [hint: dirty money wants financial favors in return], but Will dirty money buy votes this year? Only the People may decide.

Voter education and Not voter brain washing will give us back our Republic. Dr. Ron Paul for President. America awakens. Stretch your mighty arms America, to embrace all of our citizens... get up, stand up, stand tall.

We must all give thanks to those heads of wisdom who call themselves The Supreme Court who once again proved they are far from supreme. They have made a mockery of our democratic system and have only enhanced the theory that money talks. Money may not buy happiness but it sure can purchase government.

Why doesn't his super pac pay for all the traveling he is doing to campaign? He just came to houston on Air Force One (our plane which he is using). The cost to just fly the plane is $180,000 per hour. His flight here was 3 hours, and he circled for another hour because of a storm making 4 hours for $720,000. Then he brought his bullet proof, bomb proof limosine along with all the SUV's and FBI that follow him around for approximately another $720 thousand, and for those two items alone cost over $1,500,000. Since he takes his cooking staff everywhere he goes, all his food, etc, tack on more. That is a lot of money when he raised just under $3 million while here. Houston had approximately a million spent on security everywhere, road closings, a lot of inconveniencing for her citizens, helping guard him everywhere he went. He charged $500 for a picture, $1,000 for autograph, and $38,500 for dinner. Since when did a President charge the people who got him in office a fee for just a picture or autograph? Something is wrong with this picture. And, he walks away with just under $3 million. He should pay our country back and reimburse Houston.

lets see a MEGA SUPER PAC that can raise how much millions of dollars for the dems that have so far failed to fix the following issues .. largest defict and debt in the world . gas prices above 4.00 dollars in most major markets. the true unemployment in the 9.5+ range ( i can go on but we get the picture) and a president that has done what to lead congress to the promise land. the USA has 114,384,000 household even if we cut this in half 5,719,200 and the DEMs raised 10 dollars from every house hold at gun point it will not be enough. to reelect this guy.

As was proven with the vulgar speech drama... its ok to call conservative women any name you want if your a liberal... if you are a conservative and even if you apologize... the liberals want you destroyed.. while the liberal name callers don't even apologize... its the huge double standard under which the media operates today...just ask Bill Maher and Ed Schultz who get away with their mysogyny with impunity

as always.. without DOUBLE STANDARDS, the left would have none at all

Super Duper pac...and I remember when Obama publically chided the SOTUS for its decision and how it would destablize the process and allow the candidate with the most money to win, along with thepolitical favors owed to the big donors..

looks like he's gotten the hang of this quickly...like everything else with him, if its politically expedient, it trumps his principles.... no sweat.. just follow the money... between Sorros and liberal entertainers, he will be flush with cash...

Obama and senior incumbents in both parties are the best non-representative governance special interests money can buy.
