A march on April 1st? Sounds like quite the April Fool's Day joke to me!

Allthough I am for it, here are some road bumps:

-Unemployment rates would rise from immature and unable men/women not being able to resist the urge to grow terrible looking facial hair. Peach fuzz beards and scraggly stash would now be seen everywhere. Employers would not enjoy this, and thus less jobs would be granted.

-As provided by example above, there is a grey area. What is considered tax deductible? A stash grown for a week? A beard kept for a year? A kid who tries for months but can barely grow stubble? Everyone would attempt, but who would succeed? What is to stop people from shaving the day after taxes are filed? Would mustache certification be included in an IRS audit?

-Business for waxing, especially for women would take a toll by less women utilizing their business offerings. The economy would greatly suffer.

-The shaving market would take a hit as well. Shaving cream and razor sales would see a large decrease in sales and thus hurt the economy.

-This would cause an uproar in tax breaks for different groups of people claiming they help the economy significantly more than your average citizen. Getting a larger return from having facial hair would mean that obese people may also try to get a tax break from pouring more money on food into the economy. Women everywhere might want a break from spending more money on shampoo than people with shorter hair. Many other groups of people would follow suit.

While I enjoyed this article, It will never happen. But if it did, I will enjoy my $250, thank you.

More wasted tax dollars on stupid stuff. I should get a tax break for driving a Chevy. My money was used for thier bailout.

I have a better idea. A tax break for everyone that pays taxes. Can't get any simpler than that.

YOU GOTTA' BE KIDDING !!!! MAYBE FOR WOMEN WITH A MUSTACHE, BUT CERTAINLY NOT FOR MEN.

IF THAT PASSES, I WANT LEGISLATION TO PAY FOR MY HAIRCUTS, AND FOR CLIPPING OF NOSTRIL HAIR.
