National pollster John Zogby gives President Obama a grade of C for week 156 of his presidency.

Pollster John Zogby updates our weekly Obama Report Card with a grade on the president's performance. Zogby uses his polling, expert analysis and interaction with major players to come up with a grade and some comments that capture how he sees the president's week ending.

John Zogby on Week: 156

"The president is mainly out of the news cycle as the Republican candidates fire nuclear missiles at each other. Economic indicators slowly tick up but Mr. Obama's polling numbers remain mixed. For a few weeks, his approval rating was growing but now it is either stalled (in some polls) or actually declining. Fewer voters think the country is on the wrong track, but that's down to 60 percent or so from 75 percent. Not good. The GOP looks like it may be closing in on a nominee, but the party is severely fractured. And polls now are showing a dead heat between Mr. Obama and Mr. Romney."

Grade: C

Last week's: B

Obama's poll numbers are still better than House Pubs. Everything in its perspective. House Pubs ratings in single digits. Shouldn't they be the ones that should be worried?

Learn how TOTCO (The One They Call Obama) along with his band of cronies and sycophants, are systematically dismantling the Constitution of the United States, The Bill of Rights and the Second Amendment.
